These terms apply to your use of varchetype.com (the "site"), run by Varchetype LLC ("Varchetype", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Using the site
- Give accurate information in the fit check and when booking a call.
- Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorized access to it, and no submitting someone else's details without permission.
- The site is for people acting on behalf of a business, aged 18 or older.
Discovery calls and services
Taking the fit check or booking a discovery call does not create a client relationship or commit either of us to anything. Paid work, including the Design Sprint and ongoing partnerships, is governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms. Prices on the site are in US dollars and may change before an agreement is signed.
Text message terms
- Program: Varchetype discovery call messages. If you opt in on the fit check, we text you about your call: confirmations, reminders and rescheduling.
- Frequency: message frequency varies, usually a few messages per booked call.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. We don't charge for texts.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed and no more after that.
- Help: reply HELP or email hello@varchetype.com.
- Consent is optional and not a condition of booking a call or buying anything.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We don't share your mobile number or opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Our content
The site's text, design, graphics and logos belong to Varchetype or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business purposes, but you may not copy, modify or republish them without our written permission. Links to other websites are for convenience; we don't control and aren't responsible for them.

Content on the site is general information, not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice for your situation.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Varchetype will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).
Indemnity
You agree to cover Varchetype's reasonable losses and costs from a claim caused by your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Varchetype LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located there.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date, and it applies from then on.
